Seriously, all their features and all, just like paypal
Just for whatever reason, all dubious business are using alertpay, this makes alertpay less trusted than paypal
But, that less restriction (which paypal has but alertpay doesn't) also makes this method stable, no account freezing and all
Also, alertpay provides another method of verification aside from Credit Card, which is phone verification
Well, I prefer paypal though, but since there are some programs that don't support paypal, it's better to also create an alertpay account
