This is a system that determines how much money a user may gain from each download

User usually start at the lowest rank, and though there are many factors determining your ranking (said the FAQ of those PPD), actually the only thing matters is how many premium accounts you managed to sell.

As your sales rise your ranking rises as well, but, If you generate too many downloads, you need to sell more accounts too

PPD programs that implement this system usually give higher earning rates compared to other host, and most of them also do not have feature of revenue share for premium accounts being sold.

Almost in all those programs, majority of user will be at the lowest level almost all the time, so think twice before choosing your PPD programs
